I LOVE READING THIS STORY BECAUSE THOMAS WARD IS MY FOURTH GREAT GRANDFATHER. I WENT TO VISIT HIS GRAVE IN OWASSA CONECAH COUNTY, ALABAMA. HE IS BURIED AT WARD WTHERINGTON CEMETERY. IT’S A PROVEN FACT BY EITHER DARS OR SARS THOMAS WARD WAS DIFINITELY A REVOLUTIONARY SOLDIER. AS I HAVE BEEN TO THOMAS, AND HIS WIFES ANNS GRAVES.
